Walker v. R., 2025 ONCA (42139)
In November 2023, the Applicant Ms. Walker was found guilty of breaching a term of a release order. Ms. Walker appealed her conviction to the summary conviction appeal court. The appeal was dismissed in July 2024. In the Fall of 2025, Ms. Walker brought a motion before the Ont. C.A. seeking an extension of time to file a motion for leave to appeal. The motion was dismissed. “The application for leave to appeal…is dismissed.”
