Did a short paper on same for the “Canadian Caucus” of the A.A.J. (American Association of Justice) last week. Charles Gluckstein of Glucksteins LLP (Toronto, and now Ottawa as well, with Derek Nicholson) is chair of the Canadian Caucus.
